Unused Design Direction
BevZ is a cannabis brand born in Los Angeles that sells THC infused, instant coffee, tea, and sugar. Sean Garschi and I were tasked with developing a brand name, visual identity, product naming, and packaging. Furthermore, determining if a sleek and modern, or bright and illustrative identity would better resonate with the brand's target demographic. Through workshopping with the client and survey testing two design directions, we pursued the “California Coast” brand territory. A colorful and vibrant aesthetic that embraces the energy and sunshine of Los Angeles, BevZ's target market.
